The Israeli occupation forces committed 4 massacres in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and blew up dozens of homes in the Jabalia camp, while the government media office in Gaza documented the martyrdom of hundreds of Palestinians in the northern Strip within 9 days.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation forces committed 4 massacres in the Strip, of which 52 martyrs and 128 injured arrived at hospitals within 24 hours.

The Ministry added that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has risen to 42,227 martyrs and 98,464 injured.

She confirmed that many victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent quoted medical sources as saying that the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip had risen to 11 since dawn on Sunday as a result of the Israeli bombing that struck many areas in the Strip.

In the northern Gaza Strip, which has been besieged by the occupation forces for 9 days, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported continued Israeli artillery shelling on Jabalia al-Balad, Beit Lahia, and Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that 3 Palestinians were killed and others were injured as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the communications area west of the Jabalia camp.

The reporter also reported that the occupation forces blew up dozens of residential buildings west of Jabalia Camp, and also blew up residential buildings in the Al-Tawam area, northwest of Gaza City.

Massacres and displacement

For his part, the Director General of the Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip, Ismail Al-Thawabta, said that the Israeli occupation army committed massacres in the northern governorates, killing more than 300 people 9 days ago.

Al-Thawabta said that the Israeli occupation seeks to implement a plan to displace Palestinians from the northern Gaza Strip, which is the largest and most dangerous American-Israeli plan in the 21st century. He added, “We are facing a criminal war of eradication carried out by the occupation and the Americans against our people.”

He said that the occupation is working to prevent fuel from reaching hospitals in the north, and called on the international community, especially Russia and China, to intervene to stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza.

In addition, the United Nations Rapporteur in the Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, said that Israeli forces are now committing another massacre in the northern Gaza Strip.

Albanese added that Palestinians are being killed cruelly and sadistically in Jabalia with Western weapons and support.

Intense bombardment

In the central Gaza Strip, Anatolia Agency quoted Palestinian medical sources as saying that 6 Palestinians – most of them children – were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also quoted medical sources as saying that 5 Palestinian citizens were martyred and a number of others were injured as a result of an Israeli artillery shelling that targeted the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.

In the south, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the Israeli occupation army launched an air strike targeting a mosque in the coastal area of Al-Mawasi, west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that a Palestinian was martyred and a number of others were injured as a result of an Israeli bombing targeting the east of the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

Resistance operations

In conjunction with the imposition of the siege on the northern Gaza Strip, the fighting fronts are witnessing the resistance factions intensifying their operations and targeting the occupation forces.

The Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – announced that its fighters detonated a high-explosive device against an Israeli foot force of 15 soldiers while they were trying to storm a house near the communications junction west of the Jabalia camp, leaving them dead and wounded.

The Brigades also announced that their fighters targeted a Merkava tank with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell in the “Al-Tawam” area, north of Gaza.

Al-Qassam also targeted, in the north of the Gaza Strip, a troop carrier with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell near Al-Khazindar station.

In the Al-Faluga cemetery in Jabalia, Al-Qassam announced that it had targeted a Merkava tank with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell, and also said that it had bombed Israeli army crowds east of the camp.

In the south of the Gaza Strip, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced that they had targeted two Merkava tanks and a D-9 military bulldozer with “Al-Yassin 105” shells in the Al-Jeneina neighborhood, east of the city of Rafah. The brigades said that their fighters had spotted Israeli evacuation helicopters landing.

In the Al-Rayyan area, east of Rafah, Al-Qassam broadcast images of its fighters detonating a booby-trapped tunnel opening in an Israeli engineering force.

Destruction of mechanisms

In turn, the Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement – announced that its fighters destroyed an Israeli troop carrier penetrating the Al-Tawam Junction, west of the northern Gaza Strip, by detonating a “piercing” device they had planted in advance.

Al-Saraya also said that its fighters blew up an Israeli military vehicle penetrating the Al-Saftawi area in the northern Gaza Strip with a high-explosive barrel bomb of the “Thaqib” type.

It is noteworthy that for more than a year, Israel has continued its aggression and massacres against civilians in the Gaza Strip, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end the war immediately, and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the besieged Strip.
