The sniper video broadcast by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, which showed three Israeli soldiers being hit by two bullets, spread like wildfire on social media platforms, amid praise and admiration for the capabilities of the resistance.
Yesterday, Wednesday, Al-Qassam showed a video clip of a sniper operation north of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, documenting for the first time the sniper shooting of 3 Israeli soldiers at once at the same time and place.
It also seemed remarkable that the Qassami fighter sniped two Israeli soldiers with one bullet, as they both fell after firing one bullet, and the third fell with a second bullet.
Coinciding with the sniper operation of the three soldiers in Beit Hanoun, the occupation army admitted the killing of 3 of its soldiers in the battles in northern Gaza, including two officers from the Kfir Brigade who were killed by Qassam sniper fire, namely Yisrael Yudkin and Eliyahu Haim, according to what was confirmed by Israeli Army Radio.
“Professionalism of the Resistance”
The “Shabakat” program – in its episode dated (5/23/2024) – monitored some of the tweeters’ comments regarding the unprecedented Qassami sniping operation during the current war, which confirmed the professionalism of the Palestinian resistance and his defense of his land with admirable courage and valor.
In this context, Tamer said, praising the operation: “Oh my eye for professionalism, oh my eye! One shooter now snipes two, oh school! No, he continued on the third, and the fourth fled and left.”
In the same vein, Omar said: “This is what we always wished for in such operations, as if Al-Qassam soldiers were reading the wishes of our hearts. Give the first, second, and third, and do not leave any of them behind.”
Sultan not only praised the operation, but also documented it. He said, “The innovation in this operation is not the double sniping operation or the sniping operation that followed it. Rather, the sniper’s location is not the same as the filming location, and this is what confirms the surrounding and siege imposed on the enemy soldiers.”
In turn, Mahmoud pointed out the importance of the sniper weapon in the current war, and commented, “3 soldiers were killed in one sniper operation. This has a strong significance… Sniper is the best operation in which the resistance hunts enemy soldiers, thus maximizing the loss of life among their ranks.”
For her part, Wafa stressed the importance of the operation, given that it came after many months had passed since the outbreak of the war, noting that “after 8 months of aggression, a sniping operation of the three officers took place in the border city that was most vulnerable to bombing and invasion and was completely destroyed.”
She added, “This constitutes a shock to the enemy that the Beit Hanoun battalion is still strong and steadfast.”
It should be noted that the pace of Al-Qassam Brigades operations in the northern Gaza Strip has increased over the past few days with the increase in human losses among the ranks of the Israeli army.
