The new operation comes as sources reported to Tel Aviv Tribune yesterday, Monday, that the security services of the Palestinian Authority set fire to homes whose residents were displaced as a result of the ongoing clashes in the Jenin camp in the northern occupied West Bank, while the resistance factions accused the Authority of crossing red lines and escalating the situation inside the camp.
The sources explained that 5 houses were set on fire in the “Dabbat al-Ghubaz” area south of Jenin camp, which has been controlled by the security services since the start of their campaign against the camp 34 days ago.
Palestinian platforms broadcast video clips that showed columns of smoke and flames rising from several homes said to be inside the Jenin camp.

For his part, the official spokesman for the Palestinian security forces, Anwar Rajab, accused those he described as outlaws of setting fires to homes with the aim of disrupting people’s lives and disturbing them.
He said that the outlaws also burned the headquarters of the Popular Committee for Jenin Camp Services.
