Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that 29 Palestinians were martyred and dozens of others were injured, most of them children and women, as a result of the Israeli occupation aircraft’s bombing tonight of an UNRWA school inhabited by displaced persons in the middle of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The reporter added that the bodies of the martyrs and a number of the wounded were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Strip, while the Ministry of Health in Gaza described what happened as a massacre.
For his part, Ismail Al-Thawabta, director of the government media office in Gaza, said during a press conference that the number of martyrs in this massacre is expected to increase due to the large number of serious and critical injuries.
Raids and massacres
Yesterday, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces continued their raids on several areas in the Gaza Strip, leaving dozens of martyrs and wounded, and massive destruction in the health sector, which has become unable to provide its services, due to the targeting of hospitals and the depletion and shortage of medical materials and staff.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that a number of martyrs and wounded were killed in an Israeli raid on a house in the Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip, and he added that a large number of the wounded arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
For its part, Doctors Without Borders said that at least 70 martyrs and more than 300 wounded were transferred to Al-Aqsa Hospital since Tuesday as a result of the Israeli raids.
The Israeli occupation also launched a series of violent raids targeting the eastern areas of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. Four Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli raid on a gathering of citizens in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in central Gaza City.
For its part, Palestinian media reported that occupation artillery bombed northern Nuseirat, the Al-Mughraqa area, Al-Zahraa, and Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the number of martyrs rose to 97 people within 24 hours, as a result of the Israeli bombing of the central Gaza Strip.
In turn, the Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the occupation committed 4 massacres in the Strip, including 36 martyrs and 115 injured in hospitals during the past 24 hours.
Thus, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to more than 36,600 martyrs, in addition to more than 83,000 injured.
