The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli occupation committed two massacres in the Gaza Strip within 48 hours, with 12 martyrs and 41 injured arriving at hospitals, while 27 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli raids on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that 6 Palestinians were killed in an air strike that targeted a house in the Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, including 3 children and 2 women. A number of others were injured, and the injured were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, while rescue teams continue their search for stranded and missing persons in the targeted location.

Eyewitnesses reported to Anadolu Agency that an Israeli plane bombed a residential apartment in one of the buildings belonging to the Al-Suwayrki family, which led to its destruction and deaths and injuries, including children.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also said that Palestinian ambulance crews, with the help of the people, transported martyrs and wounded as a result of the bombing of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.

The occupation army blew up several buildings in Beit Lahia and the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that Israeli raids and artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.

In the Bureij camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip, the camp residents mourned two martyrs, one of them a child, who were killed in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house inside the camp that houses families displaced from the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

In the Al-Manara neighborhood, east of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that 4 Palestinians were martyred and others wounded in an Israeli bombing that targeted a group of citizens. The martyrs and injured were transferred to Nasser Hospital in the city.

High numbers of martyrs

For its part, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that, during the past 48 hours, the Israeli occupation committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, from which 12 martyrs and 41 injured arrived at hospitals, bringing the number of martyrs to 45,553 martyrs and the injured to 108,379. Since October 7, 2023.

Civil Defense spokesman in the Gaza Strip, Mahmoud Basal, said that 90% of the homes in the northern Gaza Strip were completely destroyed as a result of the Israeli war on Gaza. He added that medical teams and civil defense teams are unable to provide any services in the northern Gaza Strip, including the recovery of bodies.

Rainwater also flooded more than 1,500 tents housing displaced people in the Gaza Strip due to a depression that led to a significant drop in temperatures, and frost waves struck various areas of the Strip during the past two days.

The Civil Defense announced that it had spotted hundreds of tents in which the rain water level had reached more than 30 centimetres, causing many of the displaced people to suffer from trembling, in addition to damaging their luggage and mattresses.

With American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 145,000 martyrs and wounded and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

Israel continues its massacres, ignoring two arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court, last November 21, against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians.
