The Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza had risen to more than 24,000 martyrs, and explained that the occupation forces had committed 16 massacres in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, while raids continued on various areas, the most severe of which targeted Rafah and Khan Yunis.
The ministry stated in a statement on Wednesday that the number of victims of the Israeli war on Gaza, which reached its 103rd day, rose to 24,448 martyrs and 61,504 injured.
She added that during the past 24 hours, the occupation committed 16 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, leaving 163 martyrs and 350 injured.
She talked about the presence of a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews could not reach them.
In this context, civil defense crews recovered more than 25 martyrs and dozens of wounded in a bombing by Israeli occupation aircraft that targeted homes and residential buildings in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City. Al-Jazeera’s correspondent reported that the martyrs and wounded were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital.
In Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the bodies of 7 martyrs were recovered after the occupation vehicles withdrew from the vicinity of Nasser Hospital.
Last night, the occupation forces entered near Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, and pictures obtained by Tel Aviv Tribune showed that the occupation forces exhumed the cemetery in the Austrian neighborhood and destroyed it before withdrawing from the area.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that occupation aircraft bombed the Al-Batn Al-Samin area west of Khan Yunis, resulting in significant human and material damage. AndThis comes in light of the inability of civil defense and medical teams to recover and treat the wounded.
In Rafah, 4 Palestinians – including two children – were martyred as a result of air strikes on a house in the Shaboura refugee camp. The bodies of the martyrs and the wounded were transferred to the Martyr Abu Youssef Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah, while the serious injuries were transferred to the European Gaza Hospital in Khan Yunis.
In the Deir al-Balah camp in the central Gaza Strip, 3 Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house for the Al-Hawli family.
On the other hand, the Israeli army announced the killing of two reserve officers in the Gaza Strip battles during the past hours, bringing the number of recognized Israeli army deaths to 525 since last October 7.
While Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that clashes were taking place between the resistance and the occupation forces in eastern Jabalia, north of Gaza, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced that they had targeted a Merkava tank and a military bulldozer with Al-Yassin 105 shells, south of Khan Yunis.
Al-Qassam confirmed that its fighters targeted 5 Israeli vehicles, including tanks, military bulldozers, and troop carriers, west of Tal al-Hawa and north of Sheikh Radwan in Gaza City, as well as in the city of Khan Yunis, where they clashed with an Israeli foot force from zero distance.
The Al-Qassam Brigades broadcast images that it said were of a double targeting of an Israeli troop carrier with a “Shawaz” device and an “Al-Yassin 105” shell on the outskirts of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.
