Incursions and clashes
This comes as the occupation forces continue to storm West Bank towns. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation forces stormed the village of Kharsa, south of Hebron, closed shops and set up barriers after young men placed Palestinian flags next to objects resembling explosive devices on electricity poles in the village.
The Palestinian News Agency reported that Israeli forces stormed a number of towns north of Tulkarm Governorate.
The occupation forces stationed at the Jabara military checkpoint south of Tulkarm also fired sound bombs and poison gas at citizens and passing vehicles, according to the Palestinian News Agency.
Palestinian media reported that the sounds of clashes were heard in the Al-Jabriyat neighborhood in Jenin, amid rising columns of smoke after the occupation forces burned a vehicle after they stormed the city. The occupation forces also abused a wounded Palestinian youth during their arrest from the Al-Jabriyat neighborhood in the city of Jenin by tying him to the front of a military vehicle.
She added that the occupation forces closed the entrances to the city of Qalqilya after killing a settler and burning his car, while it is not yet known who killed him.
In conjunction with its devastating war on Gaza since October 7, the Israeli army expanded its incursions and operations into the West Bank.
