12 people were injured in a knife attack at the main train station in Hamburg in northern Germany on Friday, the firefighting agency and the local police announced the arrest of a suspect.
“According to the initial information, one of them attacked a number of people with a knife at the main train station,” said in a Hamburg police publication on the X platform.
Meanwhile, a firework spokesman reported 12 people, some of whom were dangerous.
The local police confirmed that they had arrested the suspect.
The European News Agency quoted the police as saying that the attack was carried out by a 39 -year -old woman.
“Bild” newspaper said that 3 of the injured were in critical condition and 3 others were seriously injured, and 6 were slightly injured, noting that the motives for the attack were not yet clear.
